The uniform patch found on the right 側面 of this hat was created to celebrate the Cubs’ 150th year as a ネーションal League franchise. The design features two interlocking baseball diamonds, referencing the tradition that a 75th anniversary is known as a “diamond” anniversary - the two diamonds together represent 150 years. The patch also includes 1876, the year the Cubs became a charter member of the league. The patch will appear on player ユニフォームs during the 2026 season.
